The '' Times" Cairo correspondent says that Mustapha Pasha and Kamel are again in high favour at the Court, and are-in possession of funds to start an' AngloFrench newspaper opposed to ;moderate views. The correspondent states that there is a recrudescence of Anglophobia. A serious feature of the situation! is that the ultraNationalists mention the Khedive as the chief supporter of flieir programme. ' The "Times" comments oh the seriousness of the uncontradicted rumours concerning the Khedive, who .owes his position and property to British troops and British administration.
