Per Prm Auooktion. DUNEDIN, November 8. A decree nisi was granted this morning in the Oamaru case, Margaret Cook v. Samuel Thomas Cook, on the ground of desertion. , ( A , In the Divorce Court to-day the case of Muirhead v. Muirhead and Gaw, husband's petition, was concluded. Petitioner alleged that respondent had misconducted herself with co-respondent at Pelicheb Bay Station of which co-respon-dent was the stationmaster, the petitioner; discovering them by looking through the windows of the station. The jury, after a long retirement returned when the foreman reported that on the first toro*— "W*P respondent guilty of adultery with.eo-J*r spondent?" Nine said no, and three yes. On the issue—" Did the co-respondent commit adulter? with respondent?" one said yes saa eleveri *aH OT.
