Sweden is ranch disturbed at Russia landing a considerable military force at Presto, one of the islands of the archipelago, on the pretext of preventing the landing of arms in Finland. All the inhabitants have been ordered to leave except pilots. A flotilla of torpedo boats and destroyers patrol the vicinity. Sweden considers Russia's action a breach of the treatv of Paris of 1856.
