j THE PREMIER AND MR KELMAN. To the Editor of the "Timaru H-err.M." * Sir.—l am afraid Mr Kelman does not give enough information, regarding the valuations to put the ratepayers in a position to properly judge the merits of the case. Take Mr Kelman's own purchase, to which he referred at Geraldine. Mr Kelman said he paid a price for the land iii exces3 of marker value. I ask Mr Kelmr.n to state the price he paid for the said piece of land, also the valuation put on it by the Government. • If the information is giv«n. it will, let the public see where the injustice comes in.
