IN Compliance with "THE LICENSING POLL REGULATION ACT, 1899," I hereby notify that at the Hour of Ten (10) o'clock in the forenoon of WEDNESDAY, the 29th Day of November Instant, at the Magistrate's Court, Timaru, I shall publicly consider the Nomination Paper lodged by Twelve (12) Electors of the said District, who are in favour of the Proposal that no license be granted in the District, and alter hearing all objections thereto, eelect therefrom Two Fit Persons to appoint One Scrutineer to act at each Ballot Box in the interest as aforesaid, and the persons so selected may appoint accordingly.
