All the newspapers in their issue to-day eulogise the late Queen Victoria. The King and Queen, and Prince and Princess of Wales attended a service in commemoration of the anniversary of Queen Victoria's death at Frogrnore. Mausoleum today, the Bishop of Winchester officiating. SYDNEY, January 22. Some flags were at half-mast to-day in memory of Queen Victoria, A salute was fired. There was nothing like any general observation. A solitary wreath was placed on the statue- of the late Queen.
