The following is a Hat of the delegates : — Canterbury, Messrs W.Newton, Thomas Woods, and H. Rusbridge ; Otago, Messrs R. C. Wilson, Alex. Judge, and L R. Slater ; Southland, Messrs R. Prentice j and W. J. Perkins ; Westland, Messrs H. \ Betts and H. Coppersmith ; Wellington, L Messrs A. H. Cooper, F. Rodger, and W. Jones. There is no subject of special agitation before the Conference, with the exception of the question of taking the i preference to Unionists question before ? the Privy Council,
