Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sep' ember 13. The Crown Prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi m the case against R. S Henry and J. A. Coogan for alleged ringing m of the mare Ethel, three juries having failed to arrive at a decision. Mr Justice Edwards, m discharging them, smd that they should congratulate themselves that some of the jury had doubts m the c-ise. His Honour said that the prosecution was one that should have bt-en brought, and he hoped would have a beneficial effect.
