Sir.— Surely it is time the ratepayers of the borough demanded at an " indignation meeting" the resignations of all the Councillors and officials of Timaru, together with an admission of their in- ' competency of the positions they hold. When they had four good men who knew their work and kept the town clean, they must discharge them and let the work by contract— with the pretty mess we Bee.
