Tho iary, who were about an hour conridering their verdict, found the prisoner guilty. Wallath, for shooting with intent, was sentenced to eight years' hard labour and for demanding by threats three years, the sentences to run concurrently. A nolle prosequi is hkoly to be entered by the Crown in the case of burglary with which prisoner has been charged When sentence was passed Wallath oried bitterly.
