Hntliind and Co., auctioneers, | etc., report prices realised up to last Saturday aa follows .—Poultry — hena Is 6d to 2a por pair, roosters 2a to 3a do, ducks 2s 9d to 3a 3d do, turkey 3 (hens) 2s 6d to 3s 3d eaoa, cooks 5s to 6a do, geese la Oft to 2s 3d do ; small pigs good linos 4s 6d to 7s, pork 2d to 3d, cheeso 4.Jd, butter 8d to lOd, eggs Is 6d, potatoes 24s to 363 m small lots, fowl wheat 7s to lla (sacks m), oats 6s (5d to 7a per sack of four bnshols (sacks m), food barley (slow sale) Is 6d to 23 per bushel, onions Id por Ib. Business during the week was fairly good, largo private sales being effected. On the 4th they held a olearing salo on tho promises of Mr Fisher, Brown Street which, despite bad weather, resulted well. They had also a crowded attendance as usual at Saturday's auction, and cleared all line 3 offered, (Bz Tblbsbaph.)
