(Per Electric Telegraph — Copvriqht.) [Per Press Association.] (Received 10.25 a.m., Jnno lOfch.) London, June 9. The Behrings Sea Fisheries Suspension Bill has passed the House of Lords. (Received 12.40 a.m., June 10th.) In the House of Commons to-day Sir W. Hart Dyke, M.P. forDartford, introduced a Bill providing for an extra capitation grant of 103 on all children between the age of 5 to 14 years on the average attendance at elementary schools, the effect of which will be to give absolutely free education to two-thirda o£ England and Wales. The Bill was well received, and will probably be read a second time and then shelved until next session.
