The charge of intimidation preferred ugainst John Burna m connection with the omnibus strike has been dismissed. The omnibus strikers have refused to accept tho ierms of the companies and demand an actual, not an average, day of 12 hours, with an increase of wages, and to bo paid for a holiday once a fortnight. The London Trades Council has received a circular appealing for funds to assist the strikers. ' (Receivod 12.45 a.m., Juno 11th.) Juno 10. Mr Vaughan, the Magistrate, refused to grant a fresh summons against Burns.
