PAREORA.
Tho annual meeting of the Pareora Licenßing Committee was held at the St. Andrew's Schoolhouse on Monday last. There were present Messrs A. Maopherson, D. Htowell, and A. Martin. On tho motion of Mr Stowoll, Mr Macpherson was elccicd chairman of tho committee. Tho annual police report was found satisfactory. A certificate authorising tho renewal of tbo license fjr the Masonic Hotel to Mr C. Wederell was issued. The fee for .'a conditional licenso was fixed at 5s per day. Tho meeting then terminated.
