(By Telegraph.) Wkdiinoto*, O;t. 21. The apportionment of representation of tho contributory local bodies under the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act is gazetted tonight. The Governor notifies that he has been instructed to recognise Carl Ludwig Bahl as acting-consul for Gormany at Sjdney for all the Australasian colonies. Mr Vf. S. Von Stunner is appointed R.M. of Wairarapa and Napier and WaJpukarau, -with jurisdiction to £100.
