England m conjunction with the other Great Powers, has assured the Russian Government that they do not favour the return of Prince Alexander to Bulgaria, nor approve of his reelection to the throne of that country. IReceivod 1 a.m., Oct. 21at."l Sofia, Oct. 19. Gadbea Effendi, the Turkish special mvoy, has arrived here with the object of bringing about a reconciliation between Bulgaria' and Russia. It is understood that he supports the detnanda of the Russian Government m connection with the future Government of this country. (Special to the Press Association.) [Reoeived 1 a.m.. Oct. 21st. I London, Oct. 20. The Porte has formally protested to the Great Powers against the election of Roumelians to the Grand Assembly. The Regency declared they will not permit Turkey to intervene. A report is current to the effect that Turkey is willing to admit a Russian garrison to the Dardanelles on condition that she is allowed to occupy Bulgaria and Boumelia herself.
