The Socialists have announced their intention of carrying oat their proposed demonstration on the 9th prox\, despite the warning of the police, and will adhere to all tbeir plans. REPUTED ILLNESS OF THE GRAND DUKE. St. Petebsbuilo, Oct. 19. A report is current here to-day that the Grand Duke Nicholas, Czarewitch, is seriously ill. (Special to the Press Association.)
