ATHLETIC SPORTS AND HUTT RACES.
i Wellington, April 26. The weather which was threatening this morning cleared up and then remained fino. Tho athletic Bports and horse racing on tho Hutt racecourse were the principal attractions. The Athletic Handicap wbb won by C. Webb, and the Eastor Handicap by Tancred's First Water, Satanolla 2, Okato 3. About 3000 persons wero present, and £2000 was put through tho machines.
