His Majesty the Emperor does not show any signs of improvement m health, and the intestinal disorder from which he ia suffering is checking his progress towards recovery. Cairo, May 27. Arrangements for the evacuation of the British head-quarters at Dongola are now completed, and the first detachment of troops left to-day. (Special to the Press Association.) [Keoeived noon, May 28th.] London, May 27. The boundary of the English protectorate m New Guinea, which was agreed upon by England and Germany, has been cabled to the Australian Governors. The Admiralty will supply the Governments of New Zealand and New South Wales with ten torpedoes each of German manufacture immediately, and will also supply Adelaide, Victoria and Tasmania with Whitehead torpedoes. Mr Thos. Woolnor, R.A., the wellknown sculptor, has completed busts of Sve English Premiers for the Sydney Art Gallery. *
