(Received at 1.28 a.m.) ENGLISH CABLE. [Per Eliictek! Telegraph— OoPYßiuaT, [Rijutbr's Agency.] [Roosived 0.45 a.m., Feb. 12th. 1 Cairo, Feb. .1.0. Gordon Pasha has not yet arrived at Berber, and the statement to the contrary is proved to be premature. Gordon Pasha hi not expected to reach Barber until the 12th inst. It has transpired that the appointment of Admiral Hewitt to the command of Suakin, was ntade by the Khedive at the request of the British Government.
