Wellington, Sept. 11. Arrived — St. Kilda, s.s., from Greymouth: Forest Queen, ketch, from the Thames. Sailed— St. Kilda, s.s., for the West Coast. Tho cutter Three Brothers, which wont ashore at Kapiti Island on Wednesday last, has broken up. Gkeymouth, Sept. 11. The mate, cook and two hands, comprising the crew of the schooner Dunedin, refuse to go to 83a m the vessel, on the ground, as they allege, that sho is unseaworthy and making too much water. It appears that tho crew are shipped by the month, and have not signed articles, and thoir month having just expired thoro is some difficulty m getting them to go to sea, and it is not easy to get a crew here. Tho Harbormaster got tho vessel pumped out, and after being allowed to stand for an hour found she had made an inch and a half of water. Ho pronounced tho vessel seaworthy, bnt the crew still declined to go m her. She has about 100 tons of coal on board. TJha master has declined to pay the crew off, bnt, from the way tho crew have been shipped, there appears to be no power to compel them to fro to sea. The weather is fine and tho bar smooth. Sailed — Murray, s.s., for Westport.
