[Rkutkb's Aoenot.] THE CRISIS IN EGYPT. London, June 13. In tbe House of Commons to-day, the Hon. W. E. Gladstone stated, with reference to the present situation of affairs m Egypt, that the Government considered that any discussion of the subject at the present time would be premature. The Premier, however, explained that the policy which the British Government were following aimed solely at securing the permanence of existing right* m Egypt, and that Turkey was acting m harmony with the other European Powers.
