Correspondence. A COMPLAINT.

TO TEE EDITOB OP THE TIMAIUT HERALD. Sic, — On two occasions lately I have hnd to complain of goods of mine lying at the railway station for days after they "woro delivered, and receipts obtained, thereby putting me. to expenso and inconvenience through having my drays going and toturning to and from the railway station empty. The otly excuse I receive from the railway employees is, thoy are short of I rucks and overloaded. If thoy nre overloaded now, how will it be m the grain season ? Thinking this grievance requires redress at once, I am, &c, Edwabd Mundat.
