For every run containing less than one thousand acres, two pounds sterling fur every hundred acres. For every run containing live thousand acres or upwards, twelve shillings and sixpence sterling for every hundred acres. Applications will be received by the Waste Land Board on and up to Monday, the rifth day of March, one thousaud eight hundred and sixty-six. His Honor the Superintendent also directs it to be uotitied that at the sitting of the Waste Laud Board, to take place as aforesaid, the Timber im Reserves Nos. 235 ami 236 m Duvauchelle's Bay, Akaroa, will be sold by auction m accordance with clause 75 of the Laud Regulations.
