THE SINKING OP THE LA BOURGOYNE. .
London, January 12,
The owner of the Croinartysnire, which collided with and sank the French liner La Bourgoyne oft the coast of Nova Scotia in July last, have obtained damages against the owners of the La Bourgoyne. It was alleged the latter vessel was travelling ac an excessive rate of speed at the time of the disaster.
