Gladstone Memorial Movement.

The Auckland Committee which has the. proposed Gladstone memorial in hand has written as follows to.our respected' Borough Councillor and fellow-townsman, Mr Theo. Wood, of Pollen'street:—

The Committee feel sure that there are, a very large number of ladies and gentlemen in your vicinity, who would gladly give, and it is; with the object of affording them, the: privi-: lege of doing; so that the Committee seek your "help and co-operation'* in the , matter.
