A Chapter of Accidents.

Paioo*, December 29.

A son of Mr Sullivan, schoolmaster, art with a painful accident whilst playing with a horse. It appears that be w»s riding round the paddock when be fell olf, and received a compound fracture of.the right elbow. The little •offerer was attended to by Dr Bockby. A young man named Wall also fell from a horse at Mackaytown, whilst riding from Karaogahaka to Paeroa. The injury received was rather a serious one, the left ear being almost severed in two. Dr Buckby’s' services were requisitioned, and he found it neeeeoary to put in a lumber of stitches. The patient, however, is sow doing well. Mr J. Barrett was also the victim of a painful accident, being kickdfl oa the ahm by a horse.
