(Per Press Association.) London, December 22. j Tho Pall Mull Gazette says the movements of the Turkish troops lately disbanded are causing great alarm in Syria where a massacre is feared. M. . Nelidolf asked for a partial amnesty to be declared but other Embassies are strongly in favor of making it general. Paris, December 22. Le Temps, which formerly supported tho Porte has suddenly changed its tone and now attacks the Sultan and expresses sympathy with the Armenians.
The Figaro publishes a stinging attack on Nelidoit accusing him of failing to support France.
