(Per Press Association.) Dunkdin, June 12, Tommy Hey, a Chinaman, was convicted of defiling a girl of tender years, and sentence was deferred. Ixvwicargill, June 12. Martha Robertson applied for a divorce from her husband, John Robertson, on the ground of bigamy. Evidence was given of cruelty, and that ho was subsequently married in •Sydney. Respondent did not appear, and the application was granted. This closed the sittings.
