Wkuington, October 18. Probate has been granted of tho will of tho late Mr W. H. Levin. The deceased bequeaths to his wife a sum of £1000 for nor own u p e, to be paid out of the . first moneys which eomo.mto the hands of his executors. To his aunts, Roso Howe (widow), Sarah Levin (spinster), and Miriam Lovin (spinster), all of London, he leaves to cach the sum of £250. The rest of his real and personal property ho leaves in tho hands of Hon. G. McLean, M.L.0., of Dunedin, Mi' Edward Piorco. mcrohant, of Wellington, and Mr G. Fitzgerald, civil engineer, of Blenheim, in trust, "he sheep farming property at _ Rowlands to be held in trust, and on his eldest son attaining 25 years, offered to two eldest sons at tho amount of valuation. Tho, amoi\nt to be charged against tho shares j of the sons in capital _of residuary estate, and tho sous will bo allowed three months in which to accept the offer. If there is only onoson living, or if only one son desires to accept tho estate, the sarao rights and privileges are to bo extended to that son. Asto the sharo in the firm of Lovin and Co. tho trustees are directed to receive iuterest on inouoys payable, and invest them. The trustees arc empowered to leave in tho hands of continuing partners in tho busiuess a sum not exceeding £1500. In Grey and Panama street premises are to be let to continuous partners. If required tho remainder of the estate is directed to bo sold us soon as convenient by the trustees, and the proceeds invested and of the income received from all sources to pay to Mrs Levin, so long as she romaius a widow, an annuity of £3,000. If she should marry again, then from the dato of the marriage she is to receive an annuity of £500 out of tho surplus iucome. The trustees are to pay to Fanny Fitzgerald, the widow of the deceased's brother-in-law, an annual sum of £100 so long as she continues a widow. After the death, or second marriago of Mrs Lovin the trustees are directed to, sot apart a sum of £20,000 for Hugh Lovin, nophow of the deceased, to bo paid to him when lie reaches 21 years of age. Tho residuary capital estate to bo equally divided among tho children. In tho event of none of tho children reaching 21, after tho death of testator's widow, the whole of tho capital of tho trust estate is to bo applied to Hugh Lovin, nophow, and tho deceased's sister (Mrs Geo. Bcctham).
