TARANAKI OU? MEETING. The entries for the Cup meeting, to be held at Glenavon, bmart Road, New Plymouth, on Wednesday and Friday next, close on Tuesday night. Tins is a guaranteed stake for 32 dogs, the winner receiving £3O and cup* the runner-up £l6, two dogs at £5 each, and four at £3 2s each. It is expected that a number of the best dogs’ in the Dominion will part, anc\ tho most attractive contests will bo witnessed. Mr. J. Jenkinson will again act as judge, while Mr. F. Doughty will act as slipper. The meeting is one ell coursing enthusiasts should find to their liking.
