Signor Giolittfs organ, Stampa, reports that the new Cabinet intends confiscating colossal fortunes accumulated during war time and an increase _of taxation on property The new foreign policy will probably cause great surprise. The newspaper Popolo Romano denies that Signor Giolitti is endeavouring to detach Italy from her Allies.
