AUCKLAND SHARE MARKET. BPKCIAP TO XtEKAZA AUCKLAND, May 25. Mr. E. P. Webster’s Auckland agents report the following Stock Exchange quotations and sales; — Waihi, 43s and" 42s 3d; Junction, 12s 2d and 11s lOd; Talisman, 9s and 8s Id; National Bank, £7 2s (seller); New Zealand Insurance, £1 15s and £1 14s 6d; South British Insurance, £lO 3s (seller); Taupiri Coal, 19s 6d and 18s 9xl; Huddart-Parkor and Co., £2. 16s 6d (seller); Northern Steam, con.; 8s 3d and 7s lOd; Auckland Trams, prof., 17s 6d (buyer); Wilson’s Cement, 16s and 15s lid. MARKET REPORT. Messrs. Dalgety and Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London office under date of 19th inst.:—“At the auction sales 1895 casks of tallow were offered and 1530 sold. Prime beef and mutton are unchanged ; good colour mixed sold for 85s. -Average price of inferior descriptions is 2s higher.”

Eggs were “down” in the Wellington markets on Friday, the prices being from 2s lOd to 3s. These prices are described as a “sharp decline.”
