SHOOTING NOTES.

The final competition for the rille club championship took place on Thursday and Saturday last. Hon. Member Stephenson also completed the competition tor the Saturday Cup, the score madewin the championship counting for both ' competitions. Principal scores as follow:

Rifleman C. H. Mooro wins the championship with an aggregate of 382, President Staudish being second with 375 points. Hon. Member .7. N. Stephenson wins the Saturday Cup, his points being 395, with President Stam dish again second with an aggregate of 352 joints. As already mentioned Rifleman M‘Gahey wins the Thursday Cup. Spoons have been won by President Standish, Deputy-President Ramson, Riflemen Moore, Malcolmson and Marett. The half-yearly competition for the Junior Cup will confluence on Saturday afternoon, ranges 200 and 300 yards, Ammunition will be procurable only on the range, and spare rounds returned to the range officer before leaving the range.
