The United States Department has indicated that it is impossible for the United States to accept any mandate over Armenia, owing to the present temper of Congress. (Received April 27, 2.30 p.m.) ATHENS, April 26. Supporters of the Albanian chief Essnu Pasha, have, occupied Tirana and overthrown the Albanian Government, tho members of which were dispersed. It is believed Essau is now* advancing upon Durazzo.
