An instance of tho recalcitrancy of the German Blarine Brigade, which was concerned in tho Kapp incident, is afforded bv their refusal to demobilise or surrender their commander, Major Eihardt, despite repeated demands from tho Ecichswehr. FRENCH TROOPS ATTACKED. (Received April 26, 8.5 a.m.) BERLIN, April' 24. Workmen at Tzyniot. Silesia, attacked French troops and tho Citizens’ Guard who were searching for arms.
