The Washington correspondent of the Herald states that Senator Fall has published documents alleging tiiat Carranua and Mexican Consular and diplomatic agents have . been engaged in the distribution of radical literature for tho purpose of stirring up a revolution in order to overinrow tho American Government. The New York Sun publishes a telegram sent by Medina (tho Mexican Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs! stating that Mr. Jenkins was released on bail furnished by American citi-zens.—Aus.-N.Z.
