MYSTERIOUS WOMAN.
A SPY AT ANTWERP. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. PARIS, Deo. ». An amazing story of a mysterious woman spy was revealed at a courtmartial at Lille. She kept a complete staff of employees at a chateau near Antwerp, whore prospective Belgian and French spies were brought with the utmost secrecy, late at night, in a closed motor. Her dupes deposed that they knew her only as a beautiful Blonde lady, who met them in a darkened carrying a large bag of gold, winch she scattered on the carpet as an inducement to them to betray tlreir country. If the bait took, she presented a smaller bag, saying, ■ mere’s for today. If only you will work you will soon he rich.” The chateau was equipped with a wireless outfit and countless telephone connections. It is believed that the mysterious unknown woman is a daughter, or a niece, of General Heintick, tho ex-Governor of Lille.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn..
