Two columns operated in Mesopotamia country, which was very difficult, against the Zibari Kurds who attacked Zov and Mosul on November 3, having on the previous day murdcreed Mr. Bill and Captain Scott of the 31st Punjabis, whilst on an inspection. The health of the troops is good and the casualties insignificant. Punishment for tho murder was exacted and civil administration restored.
