INDIAN FRONTIER.

AFGHAN COMMANDER NERVOUS.

By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright,

ALLAHABAD, Nov. 11. Frontier reports indicate that there will he little or no opposition to the advance iof our forces through the Touch! Valley to Datta Kehl. The Mahsuds are not so ready to come to an understanding as the Waziris. Important sections are still hostile. Shah Dau'lat, the Afghan commander, is getting nervous, and sent word to Khost that he will not remain in command of the Arghan garrison at unless reinforcements are sent to aid him.

Many- tribesmen are digging shelters against air raids.—Aus.-N.Z. Caßle Assn.
