The Armenian Parliament has issued a piteous appeal to the Allied peoples, stating that Kurds, Turks, and Tartars are descending in hordes, slaying right and left. Tho appeal adds: “We have mobilised our whole manhood, but amid the Groat Powers’ silence and inaction this newly liberated Republic, if now abandoned, must perish.”— Times Service.
