The Roumanians’ latest act is the destruction of the War Ministry telephones. They endeavoured to arrest in order to form a now Government, but Friedrich successfully apnoaied for British intervention.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn, TRIAL OF COMMUNISTS. COPENHAGEN, Sept. 19.
