ANNUAL REPORT. The annual report of the above company is as follows : Your directors are pleased to submit the annual report and balance-sheet, showing tho result of the past year’s operations, in pursuance of the" decision of members, in general meeting assembled, 1191 new shams were allotted, and the. amount paid up thereon during the year was £lOls Os Hd. ’This has considerably relieved the financial strain which was intensified by additional shares, amounting in value to £6BO, this company was required to take up in the Freezing Company. Tho amount written off as depreciation leaves the property account at a very low figure. From the balance of £0!29 !25.4d, standing to tho credit of tnc Working Account, your directors propose to pay 4d per lb. on f n t delivered by members throughout tho -year and 4d per 1001 b. on new milk used in making casein, and a final payment of 6d per lb. on fat delivered bv North Taranaki suppliers during the epidemic Inclusive of interest on share canital members will have'then received Is 8 l-6d per lb. for butter-fat over the whole year, and an equivalent of 3d per Ikon lat in milk used for casein, thus bringing the combined paTniont up to very nearly Is Hid per lb.'
