TARANAKI v. WAIROA SUBUNION. The match between teams representing the Wairoa sub-union and the remainder of Taranaki lias been fixed definitely to be played at- Stratford on Thursday of next week. Tho selectors will then be able to make their final choice lor the Taranaki team which is to go on tour, commencing its matches at Auckland on tho following Saturday, August 23. . Tho Auckland representatives go on tour at the same time as those from Taranaki. The final game for the Taranaki men will be the return match with Auckland, which is to bo played hero about the middle of next month, and at which the North Island selectors are to decide on their team for the inter-island match. STAR v .INGLEWOOD. - Hie following will represent Star Second Juniors against Inglewood at Inglewood to-morrow; Jenkins, Lovcridge, Hedley, Haskell, Pascoe, Haldane, Rowlands, lloskin, Hopkins, E. Hoffman, ScnTngcour, Roberts, James, Bishop, Coleman. Emergencies: Bert Sutt, Spence, and Kibby. All players to meet at Hookham’s corner at 1.45. STAR v. HIGH SCHOOL. The following will represent Star First Juniors in their match against High School on tho racecourse, Thursday, at 3 p.m.: Poteh, Fahvassor, Caosy, Runt, George, Harvey, Cliff, Sims, Deauo, Kottlcwcll, Adams, Johnston, Lowry, Owens and Courtney. Emergencies: Roberts, Tito and Tunbridge. TUKAPA y. STRATFORD. Hie Tukapa Senior team to play at Stratford to-morrow is as follows: A. Oliver, H. Oliver, Brown, Priar, Lawson, H. Oliver, Allen, Hurley, Kirk, Early, Bracburn, Ward, O’Grady, Cocker, Johnston. Emergencies: Evans and Hart. Members of tho team and emergencies arc requested to please note that motor leaves Hookham’s corner at 1 p.m. sharp. HIGH SCHOOL TO VISIT AUCKLAND. Arrangements have been made for New Plymouth High School first fifteen to play Auckland on Saturday, August 23. Tho team will travel by the Rnrawa, leaving here on Thursday, August 21.
