SUFFERS FROM DELUSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright, LONDON, June 10. ■An ex-soldier named James Ryan, living at Chertsey, was charged with attempting to murder Algernon Worger, of the Otago Regiment, while the latter was in hospital at Oatlands Park, having lost a leg. .Worger appeared ill court with his neck in bandages. He gave evidence that Ryan attacked him with a table knife. Ryan, when arrested, said Worger stole his wife and four babies, and only Worger was aware of his wife’s whereabouts.
