Caroline Fletcher, indicted for •the murder of Friede llwhy Sanclel, and illegally using an instrument on the same perspn, The Grany Jury added a presentment in this case expressing the view that the criminal law should bo so amended as to do away with the present immunity from arrest and indictment of the male oll'ender whose action is the primary cause of the trouble.
