Ho will undertake tho removal of tho minefield ho laid between the Orkneys and Bergen, consisting of 57.000 mines, which wore manufactured in America and .conveyed to the. North Sea in 56 steamers, of which only one was torpedoed. The clearing of tho minefield will occupy four mouths.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
