Mr. Bates’ forecast for the 24 Lours from 9 a.m. to-day is as follows: The indications are for south-easterly moderate to strong winds prevailing; expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts; rain probable; the weather will probably become very cold ; barometer rising soon; seas rough, tides good.
