RIMU OPTIONS, LTD.
LAWSUIT SETTLED. pur par’s association. WELLINGTON, August 24. In connection with the Sydney High Court suit, Rimu Options, Ltd., v. E. D. Miles and Co., evidence was heard at Hokitika on commission some time ago. The case was recently settled by defendant making a complete apology, withdrawing all charges, and paying £2200 damages. This result justifies the attitude taken up by Air. James Burns, of Sydney’, director and attorney foi; Rimu Options, Ltd.
