GREEK. ROYALIST PLOTS. TO PREVENT MOBILISATION. ATHENS, Feb. 4. A portion of the infantry regiment at Lamia mutinied with a view to hindering mobilisation. The mutiny was repressed. One hundred and fifty arrests were effected at Traportal in connection with the mutiny. ■„ Skouloudis, Lambres and other exMinisfcei s have been impeached and placed under police guards. All political prisoners have been despatched to a fortress at Naupalia. The authorities believe there is evidence of Royalist plots. A court-martial is trying the mutineers. WASHINGTON, Feb. 4. Official cables from Athens state that the Greeks are able to mobilise 400,000 troops at Salonika in two months. No Allied troops will be withdrawn from Salonika, where it is expected the Allies will have a. million, men available for aa impending drive.. .
